argh!

I'm afraid I'm hitting yet another slump. I'm not sure why I go through these. I have nothing to be down about.

I'm going to stamp today. I want to make a pen and note pad that is purple... Like I need another note pad.

FHE

We had a great FHE tonight. Carsyn prepared the lesson we learned how just as we prepare ourselves for physical dangers, we prepare ourselves spiritually by the cammandment and following the guidance of the Holy Ghoast. We took our lesson from the Aug issue of the Friend Magazine. Then we went to safeway and got some stuff to make ice cream sundays. So yummy.

Today I.....

1. Washed the glass door
2. Did most of the laundry (finishing tomorrow)
3. Did most of the dishes (there was a lot, finishing tomorrow)
4. Made my bed
5. Put "some" of my stamps away

I don't feel like I got anything done but I think that is because I didn't get any 1 thing done. Hopfully tomorrow my headache will be gone and I can finish up my loose ends.

So Chad and I both got an ipod touch. We absolutely love them. We've been playing with them a lot and downloading some fun apps. We came across 2 apps that we really enjoy. One is called 8 glasses a day (or something close to that) it keeps track of how much water you've had so you can get your 8 a day. I really like to use it although they should rename it to Lets see how many times she can pee in one day!
The other app is a weight loss app. As most of you know Chad and I aren't the skinniest people in the world. I have a goal to lose 10 lbs but I'm not sure what Chads goal is. basically its a calorie counter we can log our exercises and meals, it gives us a daily calorie budget and goals. so far it's been fun to try and stay under the line but it has also been an eye opener to see how much we over eat.
Hopefully we can stick to it even if we just lose a few pounds and learn from it.

Proud Moment.

Carsyn had a talk today in Primary and he did such a good job that it brought tears to my eyes. He prepared most of the talk himself. He told Dad what he wanted to say and with not much editing they typed it up. He has done other talks but today something was differant. It seemed as tho he was speaking beyond his years. He seemed so mature and confident. I love my boys so much.

Today I suspect is going to be a hard day. I was supposed to make some clocks with some friends but I called to cancel because I just didn't get the stuff ready :( The boys have been crying all morning, and I think I already have a headache sneeking in. (hence the greatful moment post) Im going to try and make the best of the day with a positive attitude. Although it may require putting tape on my face to keep a smile one.
