Freeze Out!

So tonight we've been sitting around thinking "it seems cold in here" so we turned up the heat. Well a while goes by and we think again " hmmm its still seems cold in here" So we started looking into it a little more only to realize that our furnace isn't working. And of course it's been getting doen into the 30's at night. So tonight it looks as though we will be moving the kids into bed with us and throwing on a few extra blankets. The furnace had a small issue last winter too. When Chad was working over nights. It was just Carsyn and I but when woke up that morning it was in the 50's in my room. I could see my breath. I think Chad said he was going to run to wal-mart (gotta love 24 hour store sometimes) and get a heater since it's already so cold.

Happy Halloween

We had a lot of fun trick or treating. We started out by going to the Trunk or Treat at the school then went over to the Church who was have a Trunk or Treat as well as a "carnival" inside. After then we went to a few of the neighbors. then came home early to hand out candy.

I guess I should have posted this when I put our finsihed bathroom. But this is why I'm so happy to have it done.

Just Cruisin'

Well our lawn mower is the closest thing to a 4 wheeler that we have so Chad and Carsyn just love cruisin in the yard. LOL.

My Apologies

So it was brought to my attention that I needed to update my blog LOL...I already knew it had been a while since I've been on, I guess I just didn't realize how long it's actually been.

Things have been kinda of crazy for the last weeks or so. I've been trying to get caught up on some projects. But in the midst of doing that I got behind on laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and on some day's even a shower ~eek~.

I will do better at keeping up with my blog. So sit back and enjoy all of the new stuff....=)

Stampin' Up!(r) Info

I just wanted to put a little plug in for my Stampin' Up!(r). I will be placing an order on Oct 26th that is in about a week and a half. If anyone would like to place an order please let me know. Or if you want to book your own party that is ok too ;) Keep in mind they're getting ready to retire the current catalog at the end of December so if you have a wish list it's time to start getting it. And SU! announced last night that in the new catalog coming out in Jan. They're replacing the 12x12 card stock. Get with me a.s.a.p if you would like to order anything so I can plan on it.

My Clock

We made this Clock for a Relief Society Super Saturday Enrichment. It cost a pretty penny but I really LOVE it! I love the crackle paint that was SOOOO cool to work with. If you can't tell, it say's "Jacobsen Family Est. 2001" I think they said it's 24". I can't wait to get it hung on the wall. That is going to be on Chad's honey do list for tomorrow. I would do it but he needs to put a wire on the back so it can hang. If I had a vinyl cutter I would make these kinds of things all of the time. But the vinyl lettering is really expensive. Now I just have to find a place to put it =)

Finally Some Good Sleep!!

For the last few weeks Corbyn hasn't been feeling well so sleep has been VERY minimal. He has never been a "Napper". A good night sleep for him would be to go to bed around 8:00 wake up around 11:00 and again between 3:00 and 5:00. Well latley he has been going to bed around 11:00 and then waking up 4 or 5 times. : Well last night He went to bed at 7:00 woke up around midnight and then got up at 7:00...YAY!!! I can handle that. I might actually get something done today. I need to get lots of house cleaning done today becasue Chad has the next 2 day's off and we have to get the outside ready for winter. Wish me luck.

Corbyn So Cute!

Corbyn can make the funniest faces sometimes. I got this cute little onesie at paper cottage and it came with a little embelishment that looks like the onesie to scrapbook. I thought it was so cute as soon as I get the page done I will post it. I think it's going to be so cute in his scrapbook.

As if I'm not on the computer enough already I thought I would create a spot for me. I hope to use my blog to share my Stampin' Up!(r) Projects, pictures and updates of my family, My latest crafting projects (and maybe sell some?). I hope everyone is patient with me while I'm learning to use this program. I'm coming out of my shell to do this. I'm not having Chad show me how or have Chad manage it for me. This is all me!
